Help Please - Need Banner Plug-in

I have some websites that are static html that I built years ago and I've somewhat abandoned them because I'm working on other things right now. A couple of them still get substantial traffic and I'd like to put rotating banners on them but don't want to spend the time or money to rebuild them right now. Is there any kind of plug-in or add-on that that would allow me to do this without having to rebuild? Maybe through a 3rd party website or something?

Any help would be appreciated.

    There are scripts you can use. Some simple Javascript may work.

    Try:
    Going to Google
    Type "rotating banner script"
    Click the first result after the sponsor one.

    Thank you. I was thinking something javascript but didn't know if anyone knew of anything particular, or maybe a website that had a service that specialized in this. I'll look for the javascript and still open to suggestions/websites.
