WP theme for static pages - recomends please

'm doing a site for a local charity and I'm after recommends for themes that are good for mainly static pages. 2020's not bad but I'd like a few alternatives.

The static pages don't want commet, blogrole, category's or any or the other "bloggy bits" but I will want them on the blog pages.

    I'll have to stick with free themes, not only am I not getting paid there's no £ to pay me with !!

    Looks like I'll have to do a bit of editing.

      Twenty ten default theme is a great theme too, since it is easy to disable comments, creating a site that looks like a static website.

      If you need a free video tutorial, about using wordpress for website might help.

        Does anyone know of a WP theme that would look similar to this Profit Being You | Home Business Coaching I've looked everywhere and can't find one yet.

          All themes (paid and free) can be used with/as static pages. It is a standard feature built in to Wordpress.

          You just have to set the settings as desired.

    Actually, there are several themes that were built exactly for this purpose. I can't post links yet, but search for any business / corporate style FREE themes and they usually come with page templates (full-width, without sidebar, etc.) that will give you the look you desire. Again, these are free and it only takes a bit of searching. If you want specific examples, PM me.
