Need help with flexibility 3 theme

Hi,
Does anyone know how to remove the pop quiz box right under the header. I purchased the the theme but I am not sure how to remove this.

    According to the code it should be the "left side box" in the "Feature" section .

    Sorry I haven't got the theme but I assume that the Feature Section is in the Admin section?

    can anyone help me remove archive title from top of post on flexibility 3 theme. head is wrecked trying to sort this. have looked thru various posts and it all gives the below instructions but unfortunately i cant find the code specified. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Here’s how to Remove the Blog Archive text in Wordpress.
    1. Login to your ftp then go to public_html
    2. Open the wp-content folder in your wordpress site.
    3. Select Themes then open your theme.
    4. On your wordpress theme, select header.php
    5. On your header.php file, find the <title> tag and remove this -
    <?php if ( is_single() ) { ?> &raquo; Blog Archive <?php } ?>
