Text Widget No Showing in Sidebar

In one of my blogs the text widgets are not showing. The title of it is there but the banner is missing.
The theme is twenty ten so I am surprised there should even be an issue.
Any Ideas where to look to solve the problem

    You mean the widget title is showing but the contents
    of the widget aren't?

    If that's the case, first double check your code used to display
    the banner.

      I am checking that at the moment. As I lifted the code from another blog I was hoping there would be no problem.

      Here is the code I am using

    Wait, is this literally what you put in for the code? I'm just making sure, you need the actual links (url's) between the " ". Also you forgot the " after the word banner.
