Looking to Tweak My Wordpress Site

WEB DESIGN

Anyone have a friend or someone they know who tweaks word-press sites? my site is 97% done centeredrealty.com I just want it tweaked to look a little more professional.

Please don't PM me and tell me you will build me a complete site for XXXX dollars... I'm happy with this site I just want some finishing touches put on.
