I Need Wordpress setup instruction.

I am not a techie on building website but I want to learn
how to put together a wordpress blog I already download
the theme and extract the files, but that's far as I can go.
I don't have a clue what to do from there.
Is there a guide that can take me step by step through the
stages of how to put a blog post together?

      Are you using your own server or are you using a hosting company. Folks like hostgator.com let you setup WP with fantastico - quick and easy. Otherwise, I agree the info in the Challenge is great
