Wordpress theme. Suggestion?

Currently have some wordpress theme installed from the previous owner of my site but can't get to terms with neither the design nor the lack of userinteraction through facebook like buttons and the like.
So do any of you know of a good wordpress theme that is:

). Just a blog for posting my articles, allowing people to comment, press like etc.
I'm not sure if it is possible but would like to connect it with my forum so the front page of the blog actually shows the titles of the most recent forum posts. Is this something that can be done in all wordpress blogs? Or in any?
I know I could browse through themes, but it would probably take all day, and I'm almost certain a lot of you guys already did the browsing and might be able to reccommend some great themes

- Supports tabs in the top for "about", "recommended resources", "offer" etc
- Supports facebook-, twitter-,...-interaction and rss feed
- Free (or at least within $50)
- Good looking & clean
