Need help with good WP theme...

Warriors that are successful with this, please reply. Here's my conundrum. I would like to start building a few niche sites but would like a good theme with developer license. reason being, i would like to flip a few of these sites once they start generating income. What could you recommend to me as a good looking theme that has rights for reselling and allows good flexibility and can be catered to any niche.

I'm not looking for a free theme unless it's higher quality than some that i've seen. Appreciate your feedback.

    or www.FlexSqueeze.com (paid option, no ads/links, w/dev licence)


    Only because they're highly customizable 'quickly' and you can also
    'import/export' theme settings across all your blogs ...

    so if you create one 'niche theme' for one blog ...
    and 3 months later you want to create another (with a few minor tweaks) ...

    you can go back and grab the theme settings,
    and 'setup' the new site really quick ...

    but ultimately if you're going to do that ...

    you're better off using www.WPTwin.net to re-create new
    blogs from a 'clone' the quickest way possible.

    Free is not always bad quality. Check out WordPress › Free WordPress Themes. You will find the right WordPress theme for sure.

    I absolutely love the Thesis theme and I use it on all of my sites. The developer license is like $150 but worth every penny. PS - Search engines love this specialty theme too.

      You cannot sell Thesis. You need to pay more for using it on sites of your clients.
      Unlimited use of Thesis on sites that you own
