Wordpress-Add Autoresponder Question

I'm stuck. I've worked with Wordpress for years but I'm stumped on this...
I'm trying to add my Aweber sign-up form. I know how to create the form in aweber and get the snippet of Java...but this template already has the graphics and I only need to add the Aweber details...
