HTML to Wordpress Help

I'm in the process of turning an HTML theme to a Wordpress theme. For some reason the site shifted to the left after I place the WP code in. I'm thinking it may be either a CSS issue or a javascript issue, but I'm not 100% certain. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong on how to fix it?
Thanks!

My money would be on the CSS issue.

    But who the heck knows?

Without seeing your site, your code, your css no one will be able to determine exactly what your problem is. And we sure will not be able to tell you how to fix it.

      A thought.

This looks like HTML or CSS error. Javascript will normally not dislocate HTML elements. As already told, for correct diagnosis, one needs to have a look at the theme/site.

    All the best.
