Help needed: How do I upload this website?

I tried purchasing a website template loaded with contents, from a guy in this forum from the 'Complete Websites For Sale' section. I tried reaching him here to inform him that his payment link wasn't working. When i couldn't get him here, i checked his profile page and found where i could reach him via Facebook.
I explained to him my efforts in trying to reach him for days and then i informed him that his payment link wasn't working.
Now, this man decided to gave me the product free of charge and i thanked him. The problem is, in his post here, he offered to help install or upload the website for free but since he gave me the product free he didn't upload it for me. I've tried reaching him to help me with that or to just outline how i could do it myself but it's been days now and i haven't heard from him, not even through Facebook
So i'm stuck with a product that i can't put into use and i was almost getting frustrated about this until i thought of you guys
You've never let me down till date, so i need your help once more.

This template is a wordpress template that has all the pages and contents inside, it's all in a zip folder. I have already gone to my website cpanel and installed wordpress in it using Fantastico but that's all i could do.
My question is, how do i now add the theme and the pages that were already in the zip folder?
How do i upload this type of website to make it go live?:confused:
