"Contact" forms for Wordpress?

What are the best Contact Forms for WordPress? Something easily customizable with some image/custom color options.

I already know about Gravity Forms. What else is out there?

I use Custom Contact Forms - pretty happy with that one so far and you can customize it a bit.

I use Contact Form 7 which works perfectly.

You can find the plugin at Contact Form 7: Just another contact form plugin for WordPress. Simple but flexible.

I am also using contact form 7. Not all the modifications you want in it. But header and footer can be placed as the code goes into a page.

  I use cforms by deliciousdays. It has a lot of features including the ability to save submissions into a database. You can also create multiple forms.
