Obviously wordpress.. there are thousands of themes available for wordpress.. you can add almost any function in your website or blog just by using a plugin.. wordpress is like the best thing if you dont want to learn programming and still want to be able to create great looking websites with desired features..

The general feeling on this seems to be WP, however although WP is a lot more straight forward, I would definitely recommend trying Joomla, it does take a little longer to learn but once you have learned it you will not use anything else.

    for webstites? joomla anyday.

    for blogs? wordpress...

joomla is very flexible and the modules / extensions are amazing, and most are free!

wordpress is good but if you want a fully functional website i would choose joomla
