I need some help

OK. I need a LOT of help.

Here's what I'm trying to put together:

I want to make a squeeze page for a heavily-discounted PLR product. The site design seems simple enough, but I'm having all kinds of trouble putting it together.

First of all, the layout:

I just want a centered header at the top, and I'm wanting to use one of the banners supplied with the product. It's a good-looking banner ad, and will look fine as a header. I have converted the banner to a jpeg image so that it's compatible with WordPress, but when I try to upload the banner--regardless of the size I'm uploading--WP will only let me display one side or the other. So I need some input there, please.

Below the header, I just want to have a few bullet points on the product's selling points and the discount involved.

Of course, I want to put up my aWeber name/email optin. I'm torn on whether I should put that to the side or below my bullet points.

I have a ton of questions, but mainly I'd like to know if anyone has any suggestions on the above problems, and on an ideal WordPress theme to use for my purposes.
