Clickable background image in WP

Hello,

Would you be so kind to tell me how to make clickable background image on WP theme using css?

Basically I want to offer clients more options for advertising, so "dressing" website in their product would be quite nice.

I'm sure it is totally possible to do this in CSS and wordpress, I've not done it before but there are a few other blogs, tutorials and forum posts that are worth having a looking at when i search google

DOn't think you can do it with the body background image but I've manage to do it with any other background image.

Hey Slix,

You could try making anchor links in the header of the theme and placing them over the background image.

This is how it would look like:

  You can do this very easily by seperating your background image and not actually making it a background image per say but more of a layer over the Background background that will float under your content. You can do this with Jquery or you could use the z-index to achieve this very easily. Let me know if you need some help with it. Its really not hard to do at all. Just takes about 3 or 4 hours.
