Facebook Mini-site Problem Help!

Help!!!!!! I am having a problem getting past the phone verification on Facebook. I verified by phone, got the code, typed it in and got the message that it was verified. Great. But then the problem began. I clicked on create new app and was prompted to put in my full name and was then taken to my facebook page. I went to developer.facebook.com, clicked on set up new app and was taken to the mobile phone or credit card verification again. when I click on mobile phone, it shows the account has been successfully verified. No matter how I try, I am taken through the same circle, verification to create a new app and back again. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem?
HELP!!!!!!!!

I don't know if this is the right place in the forum for this, but I figured you guys would know how to help.

    I suggest that you try later, i never had any such problems so probably it's a temporary problem or EVEN error at facebook. Try it later, if you verified your you should not have any such problems. If there aren't any new changes than there isn't any problem from your part.

        Well i verified (one of) mine facebook accounts about one 8-9 days ago and i don't had any problems. I also verified by phone number, however this really seems a temporary problem.

    It's been a week since I tried the first time. Maybe it's a temp problem. But you'd think it wouldn't take a week to resolve. If I can't resolve it by Monday, how much would someone charge to upload it for me?

    I have to create an account for a client and post a WP mini-site and sidebar image. The account I have been trying to post for is mine. I've had so much trouble on that account, I'm afraid to try it on the client's account. I don't want to take the chance of loosing his name at Facebook. Do you have experience creating accounts and posting to Facebook business pages? How much would you charge?
