Framing IDX feed into Wordpress

You'd think it would be SO simple to frame out a page for a realtor using their IDX feed on Wordpress, but I can't seem to make it work. Every iframe plugin I have tried ends up displaying the WP site inside the frame with a "Page Not Found" error message.

Has anyone done this successfully? I'd love to know what you did, including plugin or scripts...whatever made it work. Pulling my hair out here...

Any more suggestions here? I looked into this for some hours. It seems like there is no one-size fits all solution. It seems the most popular, most supported solutions are from WP Realty and IDX Broker. There's a war of words over at Wordpress between the two companies and some other folks. Seems like the main issue is how SEO friendly the listings themselves are or if they lend SEO power to your site. I'm not sure what to make because I am no SEO expert.

If I understand correctly WP Realty seems to port listing into your site creating new content with SEO friendly URLs? Like

IDX keeps the stuff hosted for you, freeing up server power. Also is less $. Here's a property listing, note the URL
    Listing # 414179 - 17739 FRONT BEACH RD 904W - SPLASH - PANAMA CITY BEACH -FLORIDA

    Here's the debate

So do these URLs make a difference? SEO experts feel free to chime in! Not sure, but I imagine they might in some situations? Depends on what kind of buyers you are seeking. IDX has lots of features shown on its site whereas the other company is playing cards close to vest.

I ended up hiring someone on odesk to get it into our client's site. We did NOT buy any of those of those plugins. The guy we used's user name is Darshan MM / Avaya Infoways.

He used the link we had for the IDX feed from our realtor and just put it on their site. It took several tries to get it right (mostly because I didn't know what to give him), but it worked out and our client doesn't have to pay any monthly fees for a service to provide that info.
