Link to ElegantThemes shortcode codes?

Last night I noticed that you could add corporate pricing tables as a shortcode to Elegant Themes.

There was a page where you could copy and paste the short code... then edit it as needed.

Now I can't find that page at all.

Does anyone know where the page is where you can get the actual code you need to use the Elegant Themes short codes?
