Question about Bytehost payment
I have a website that I started last year. I haven't touch the site in months. I don't even remember my log in for cpanel. I'm going to let the domain expire. I just go an email from Bytehost for hosting that site for another year. I tried to log in to see my account information, but there is no lost password button. I can't reply to the email because it has do not reply.
Do I have to pay them if they send me a PayPal invoice, which they said they are? I don't need hosting for that domain, but I can't seem to talk to anyone. Am I going to get charged for hosting for a website I no longer have? What do I do? I'm so new to all of this. This is the first website I've actually had, so I don't know the ins and outs of domains and all that.
