Launching a Wordpress Website

Hi all, I am new to the forum and have a question I can't seem to find the answer to. I am starting a website/blog that I want to launch with only a video and opt-in box on the page to gather a list and create excitement until I finish the site. It would be great to be able to gradually reveal another video and another, etc until launch day when full access to the site is revealed. Is there a theme out there that I can use for this purpose? I need something that will let me build my blog/website behind the scenes before launch day whilst only showing this video and opt-in box all in the same theme. The only thing I can seem to find is an uncustomisable page that counts down and says "coming soon". I have found products like JV Press, Digi LaunchPad and OptimizePress which are geared towards a product launch but am unclear as to whether they will be suitable for a website launch and to continue using as my website... Can anyone help me here? Thank you

    Yes, all those products, plus ProfitsTheme would do exactly what you plan to do.
    In your case the "product" would be your fully featured site (powered by WP).

    On the other hand, if you only need one squeeze page with one video... those themes would be an overkill.

    Another option, if you don't want to invest time and money in those themes - have a squeeze page with the video at example.com and develop in the 'background' your blog at example.com/blog. Reveal its location in the last video.

      I will have a look at doing the latter and see what I can come up with without spending money on the theme. Then if I need I can purchase later. Thank you!!
