reinstalling Vbulletin

Can I reinstall vbulletin and keep all the posts if I link it to the same database? I have an error and rather then trying to figure this out I thought I could reinstall it but dont want to lose my posts and such.

    phpmyqadmin, export database.sql, reinstall vbulletin and re-import database. Be aware that if the problem you are having is from bad table or similar, the problem will follow you.

    luxifia do you have any custom plugins installed? If so try disabling them first to see if they are the cause of the errors.

    You can reinstall vB and keep your post by reuploading the installation files and running it again.

    I suggest you backup all your data though before doing this.
