Hello, Is there anyone that can tell me the best place to get a theme
geared for a Heating and air conditioning Company. Thanks!

You can also use the admin area in wordpress itself once it is installed to search with certain criteria like how many columns etc.

Then just get a cheap header done on somewhere like Fiverr and you have a site related to whatever you want.

Hey David - take a look at themeforest.com - $30 - $40 spent there will get you a site that looks like 3 - 4k

When we look for a new theme we don't take any notice of graphics (ie header, color schemes etc) as we know they can be changed but more importantly look for a theme that covers the requirements you want in the blog.

  Atahualpa is a free WordPress theme and is extremely customizable. There are over 200 options that allow you to modify every aspect of your site. You can make it look and function any way you want.
  
  I have used this theme for many client sites and prefer it to any "Premium" theme.

You can easily modify just about any theme. You can get an attractive header image from fiverr and apply it to the standard twenty-ten theme and it will probably look better and 70% of other websites in the same industry in your area.

I would check out themeforest, elegantthemes, woothemes or templatic for premium wordpress themes. You get so much value for not much spent.

Dave, yeah ignore the graphics in any theme. They can be customized to your liking. I create custom wordpress themes from scratch. Let me know if you need help.
