    Hello there,

    Have you tried adding anchor links to the website with the targeted keyword you're trying to optimize? I didn't read 'livonia heating and cooling' anywhere on the first page... unless I missed it you need this keyword phrase in the copy, more than one.

    As for the design, I personally feel it's a little old fashioned. Like something you would've seen 10 years ago - maybe try to move towards a more web 2.0 design, it would probably give it a more professional look.

    Hi, I agree that the site does have that 90's feel to it. I believe you will get much better retention with a revamp and i would also get some text links on the page somewhere (breadcrumbs to each page) to help with that side of it.

    if the server the site is hosted on supports it i would recommend setting up a wordpress page and just transferring the info into a template, there are seo plugins that you can use with it as well
