Wordpress Question? More Tag

I have a problem which I just can't solve and any help would be much appreciated!

I am using Thesis as my WP theme on my blog http://www.tom-bartlett.com and for some reason the More Tag link does not show.

I know that this has something to do with the theme because if I revert back to the WP original the Continue reading →link is there.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Appearance >> Thesis Options,..Under Display, expand Posts. See if there is any text there in the Read More box.
