Hi, I'm looking for some help on one of those little pop ups that appear on websites when someone tries to close out or leave my site. My site is Insurance Guide to Cheapest Online Insurance Rates « Cheapest Insurance Rates- Lowest Insurance Quotes- shopinsurancerates.info. I would like to have a little pop up box that says something like "wait, get a quote.... " and have my html code in that box for them to get a quote right there.

Is there a simple plugin that I can do and that will allow me to put in an html code? The easier the better, I'm pretty new at this stuff.

There is a very simple popup plugin you can use called "Popup" (go figure!). It's pretty basic. You could use it to display an image that says "How about a free quote?" and when they click, it'll take them to the quote page you setup.

I've also heard great things about the Popup Domination plugin. It's great for list building and you may find that's the better option. Something that says, "How about a quote?" and then collects their email data will at least give you a list of people who were interested in a quote at some time (even if they don't complete the entire quote request).

Search for "WordPress popup plugin" and you'll find the first plugin. I believe PopupDomination has their own ".com" site.

    Hope that helps!
