I only have a few more things to do to get my site up and running. One of which is removing whatever is causing a popup to say that "Internet explorer has restricted this site from running scripts or activex controls that could access your computer."

Anyone know what I have to do to get this taken care of?
Thanks

sounds like your browser setting - you need to change them to run ActiveX

Is this occurring when you test the site locally or when you run it from the webserver? I get this message all the time when testing locally due to Javascript on the pages but this doesn't occur when run from the webserver.

I'd ignore it if this is the case. This is a standard security setting in browsers which as winebuddy pointed out you can switch off.
