Simple wordpress question?

Hey everyone, I have one article set as the main page and for some reason I do have that page on the menu as well, please:

Penny Auction Sites - Penny Auctions Reviews and Comparison | Penny Auctions Comparison - TOP Rated Penny Auction Sites

how do I configure it so I only have that article show on my main page and its not on the menu as well?

Another thing I have a Platinum SEO installed so I have added the titles, description, keywords on that article on the main page and as well as on the settings section and the platinum SEO home title etc and now its all showing my titles etc like above, what am I doing wrong and which titles/decriptions I should stick with? Thank you!

      If you're theme allows for Custom Menus, then you can just easily create your own Page Menu for that area without that link.

      Please note that this is standard WordPress functionality and additional information is available on the WordPress Codex: Custom Menu.
      1. In WordPress, go to Appearance -> Menus
      2. Create a Custom Menu by clicking the + tab. Give it a Name. Then, choose items such as custom links, pages, and categories from the panels on the left side and drag them into your the menu area. You can drag and position them in any order and structure.
      3. Click the Save Menu button (this step is quite often over-looked, so please click Save Menu).
      4. On the top left you will find a panel titled "Theme location". Select your newly created Custom Menu under the location you would like it to display / replace.
      5. Click the Save button.

    what I don't get it is:

    1. why do I got two titles shown, I set one title in general settings and one in "platinum SEO" so it shows 2 titles what do I do about it? Which one should I live blank or how is it done?

    2. so there is no other way to remove that menu that displays the article on my home page and in the menu?

      Find the duplicate in your header..
      I suggest you delete in the header, rather than in the SEO plugin, its better because in one package with the meta keywords
