Word Press Back Up Plugin?

Hi,

I have to move a few wordpress sites to another server.
What would be the best plugin to do this while maintaining all the sites settings, posts pages etc.

    For a complete site migration (including settings, plugins, themes, etc.), I'd recommend BackupBuddy. It costs a little money, but it is well worth it. Save yourself the headache.

    a good solution would be complete manual backup like copy all files using filezilla ftp client and then export your database if you are using phpmyadmin then it is really easy!

    Thanks guys great information. I tried a few plugins today and none really worked. I have decided to back up the database through cpanel and transfer the sites

    I found a really simple way I got hostgator to do all the back up and change overs for me. As I purchased a new account with them they do this as part of the deal. It is not advertised but if you ask they will provide it
