If it's only a simple design, the regular charge is $200 - $500. I got mine for only $250 in Freelancer

we need more info as in what type of website it is. Generally the more pages you need and the complexity of the website the higher the price. But like siocowiz said around $200-$500. That is what I charge for web design.

for simple websites such as word press, the rates range from $100-$200. if it's an ecommerce website (with shopping cart) rates range from $170-$300.
