    I haven't tried it,but seen couple of ma frnds using the. I got noclue of what migle is all about, But I know only burrypress.

    I do not have a lot of idea on this aspect. but as leppozdrav said, i also heard something about burrypress but never heard about migle. Use google for more answer..

      I did use Google to look for answers. The answers provided were not useful. I want to hear it from people who have actually tried it.

    Hey Louie,
    I've been searching around for this answer and buddypress usually comes up. The reocurring problem I hear about buddypress is that its extremely buggy because its still new. Most people are saying to just pay for a programmer who knows what they're doing and have them customize your website for membership/social networking. This however can be very costly like thousands of dollars.

    Hopefully this info helps, let me know if you find an out of the box plug-in that is useful.

    It depends on the site you're wanting to create. If the whole site is about social networking, maybe go with buddypress. If you want to add on additional community features to certain pages (like friend requests and forums), then Mingle works great for this. I use Mingle because it works with OptimizePress. A lot of it comes down to the theme you're using.

    i just have done basic analysis using the download count and update status.Buddy press is too far from mingle.Also i just had experience in buddy press, so i am not able to compare the features.
