Website Redesign

Hoping to get some ideas on how to better my site, or possibly find someone that would do this for us, we have a short film site and want to enhance it and bring in more traffic as well as boost some user interaction to keep them coming back... My site address is below, any ideas would be appreachiated.

    Background picture loads very slow
    The way the youtube videos are listed, makes it very amateur like

    I'd say you are right, you would need to completely redesign the website. Why not use a professional premium wordpress theme?
    It currently looks too amateur like for my taste.

      interesting, can you incorporate youtube vids into wordpress? Don't think I used that before...

    Yes of course you can. By default wordpress allows HTML, and you can simply go to the youtube video, check the share button, then click on embed, then you get the html code which you can simply copy and paste.

    You can also download wordpress plugins which allow you to use youtube shortcodes to make it even easier.

      The site just dose not look completed.
      It needs a better looking heading to the page to start.

      After that you need to figure out some kind of navigation system to allow people to view what they are looking to find.

      It looks like your trying to do a you tube thing, If that's not the case then you need to really make it more obvious as to what your intent is.

      It's really not clear what the site is about. That is the most important thing about the index. It should give people a clear message as to what you are trying to present. What the site is about, that sort of thing.
