    There is nothing in the source code that shows. I don't thinks it is a standard CMS.

    If it was Joomla, it would have included a line <meta name="generator" content="Joomla! 1.5 - Open Source Content Management" ... in a page source. It is custom template.

    I'm sure this site is not a Joomla website. And I do agree with the Warriors above stating that it looks more like a custom built website.
