What's Wrong Here?

WEB DESIGN

I am trying to get my website up properly, but something is not right. When I view it in Firefox, which is the browser I constructed the site in, it looks great. Now, when I view it in IE it looks like a spacing problem or something. Could someone check this out and tell me whats wrong?

Also, I have tried everything to shorten up the table on the bath & body section, to no avail. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks.

This is a common problem, a website that is useful to
check to see what your website looks like on different browsers is to go to a website called browser shots. You can enter in your website address and then you'll get screenshots of your website in different web browsers. It's a free service and you can check it out at: browsershots dot org

  both IE and FF look the same to me - but both are too wide for mt 17" screen - need to scroll along the bottom if that was the spacing reference you made.
  
  If I had to guess, I'd day you have a table nested inside another table which you have not adjusted yet. Just an idea.

Do websites need to look exactly the same in every browser?

  I dont think it is so much that they need to be exactly the same, but they should be functional and look "right" in every browser.

I had viewed your site and it look the same with Firefox and IE.

We had also the same problem. Actually, we don't know how to fix it. Now, Thanks for posting this one. We will try some of answers.

Well, I figured out the long table problem. I had typing in the table that I cut & pasted to the sales page and didn't shorten it up. Had to work from the bottom up. Still looks off with the typing, but at least no on has to scroll for empty space.
