VPS ~ Host1Plus or Host Gator?

Hi,,,i'm looking for a new host with VPS,,,i came across Host1Plus and thier price stucture seems reasonable compared to others,,,,,,i also have noticed Host Gator has VPS but the pricing is a bit steeper,,,,,so my question is anyone using Host1Plus and if so what are the pros and cons?,,,,,same goes with Host Gator VPS....

If you know of any other VPS hosting firms out there with reasonable price structure and similar features (Cpanel and stuff) please share the good, bad and ugly as well........

I use Host1Plus for trail period but I like it... I not get such issue... You also compare what you get with VPS.. like Cpanel/WHM or DirectAdmin, Remote Power on/off..
