    They most likely built that site on their own... I don't see any credits to a specific theme.

      JanelleJ gave you a similar theme. There isn't any that are identical. Woothemes also has Fresh News theme which is similar as well as other Magazine style themes. Check them out here - Magazine / News | WooThemes

    Why don't you look into Thesis and custom Thesis skins, may not be the exact look you want straight out the box but I'm sure you can get close - then with the custom hook function you can add any features you want.
