Looking for Techie CPA partner

We're looking for a techie partner for our CPA traffic. I don't want to just hire a contractor or an employee, I would like a partner who seriously understands the tech stuff and wants a percentage of the business based on results instead of just an hourly rate.
We have the traffic figured out and our monthly traffic budget is high.
We're ready to get serious and need a techie partner to take this to the next level.

-email capture upon submit
We basically want to work with someone who is familiar with white hat techniques to increase conversions and build the list. Kinda like Ghost CPA features, but on our own platform and super white hat. Always getting permission for technique and offer from AM.
