Attractive WP Theme that is SEO friendly (H1, Meta description etc etc)

I like Elegant themes and similar quality WP themes but , with the sliders , content areas drawn from other pages/posts they are not easy to do on page SEO for the homepage - like h1 ,h2 , h3 alt image , post title , and content areas to place KW rich content on the home page etc etc

Can someone recommend a great looking WP theme with all the good features (sliders etc etc) but where you can do onpage seo effectively on the homepage

    Try signing up to Joomla Templates, Wordpress Themes - Professional Joomla Templates Club - Shape 5 - but they charge a monthly subscription fee which can be costly. Perhaps sign up for one month and download everything they've got.

    Why not find a theme you like, and spend some time working on that , working on the onpage SEO, then you have a base template to use on other projects.

    When it comes to SEO friendly, Thesis is definitely a great theme for it. Google loves Thesis. In terms of attractiveness hiring a web designer/developer to give you the features of the theme you are looking for will be convenient. The features would include design flexibility, considering the cost it will cost more but when you get to the point of having more designs needed you will be saving more. Just my two cents!

    The suggestions are good i also tried to find out free templates but we can download only general very basic type of templates the beautiful templates are not for free download

    I have ended up making my own very good , seo friendly theme. I modified the standard WP 2011 theme , added a slider instead of the header, used the jshortcodes to make it look pretty , and some plugins to make text widgets look better - looks professional enough and great for seo. I use clickbump seo plugin too.
