Does Anyone Have Experience With the HTML Import 2 For WP?

A friend wants to move her static website to a Wordpress blog, using the same domain name. She has found the WP plugin HTML Import 2 and asked me what I think of it, but until today, I'd never even heard of it.

Does anyone here have any experience with it? I would appreciate some feedback I can pass on to her.

    I've used something like it before and the importers tend to work ok.
    If there's any formatting within the DIV or the DIVs aren't labelled properly you may find formatting issues / things not imported properly.

    All that importers do is move over text / formatting that is within labelled DIVs or Tables inside a page.
    They won't actually move over her HTML theme for you, just the content.

    If she doesn't have a substantial amount of pages, I'd recommend just manually transferring the info to her new template.
