It seems to be well-organized and interesting enough to keep visitors browsing.

Have you thought of bumping up the "Top 10 Visitors" module to appear before the Random Videos/Photos modules? Do you have incentives for making this list? Could be a good way to show that it is an active community and encourage others to join.

Yeah, I see how much we are using, we won't peg the bandwidth in a month, but have noticed if we get a little of 100 people on the site it gives a 503 busy message >.<

Just to offer a suggestion to help improve your website, I suggest updating your logo to something a bit clearer than your current. Secondly, to separate yourself from the other 4 million clipbucket sites, maybe you will want to develop your own layout?

Well I didn't build it, just edited code and fixed some of the images. We are using clipbucket.

I can see there is a lot of clips to watch, and could find some intresting stuff, but to me that was just it to much clutter, maybe right hand column should have more wording on subjects, cars,planes, celbs,crashes etc. Make the border between the two thicker so, it stops the eyes to stay in one section.

For now, it will have to stay the same. In my opinion it's not really cluttered, but I do think a few areas need to have some boxing outlines to them. I will be making small improvements to the site over the next few weeks, when time allows.

Currently only the top banner on the main page, we are playing ads under the videos/next to videos. I'll look into the top videos.

We are thinking about planing some kind of logo contest when we get more members. As for making our own layout, thats in the works, We've just started using clipbucket, so its gonna take some time.

Overall, I quite like the look of the site, its clean, not too cluttered, and quite easy to navigate. The only improvement I can think of off the top of my head is that there seems to be a bit too much whitespace around the edges of your main content. Perhaps setting a muted, subtle background colour might reduce this effect slightly.

I really like the button which dims the background when you are watching a video. This is a really nice feature.

Overall, its a very well designed site, good job!

Free newsletter, say once a fortnight/month giving tips on how to create a good video, most viewed videos/categories. Keep it short, just say one tip each video - that should make for quite a few newsletters. Top videos/most viewed/categories, could do that as a break from tips:-).

It's coming along nicely, and looking good, even though many people find that text on black gets to be tough on the eyes after a while.

I still think you should say right up front in plain site what you're all about for those who don't get it, and everyone else as well. Where is says... "Join for FREE today! Upload your videos or photos!"you should say something like, "Show the world your photos & videos! Why limit yourself to just YouTube?"

Also, if you can get rid of flash you will have more people willing to use your service, and you will future proof yourself as well.

Just took a quick look. I can't see what makes your site different or better than any other video sharing site. In other words, what's the USP (unique selling proposition)? If there is one it should be stated in a big graphical way right on the landing page. Next problem is the use of flash. Flash is heading out, and can't be seen on iPads, iPhones, etc.

Hope you were looking for an honest opinon, and not just someone to tell you how great you are. Best of luck to you with your venture.

Thanks for your honest opinion fotoko! We consider our USP the features our site has, along with the ability to upload photos, and our support forum. We know Flash is heading out, and are working on an HTML5 player so videos can be viewed on iPads and iPhones, ect..

I really think that if you gave the Add Comment section (on video pages) a background color it would have a nicer feel. Maybe even redesign that area. Something about that section just makes it seem too tacky - when the rest of your site is very smooth, rounded, etc.

I won't take the time telling you everything I like about it, because well, most of it looks good. The only thing I don't like is your "Videos Being Watched Right Now" section at the top of the page. The rotation looks a little rough (could be cleaner) and the mouse-over captions are a dark blue which make it hard to read over the dark background (when they extend past the image).

Just my 2 cents. Overall well done.

I'm going to guess, the darkish grey on the black background? We are still sorting out what we like, and may consider white text or orange text.
