Wordpress Real Estate Theme

Hi Warriors,

I'm working with a Real Estate company in New Zealand and we are looking to overhaul our website and start from scratch.

I'm looking into wordpress for a solution. I've seen a lot of American-style wordpress themes which don't suit a southern-hemisphere Real Estate website.

Could anyone recommend a stand-alone theme, which we could load listing info photos etc onto, update on the back-end etc?

I'd appreciate any suggestions, from warriors that have been involved with Real Estate Wordpress websites.

I do a lot with WordPress, what sort of things do southern-hemisphere real estate sites need that you aren't seeing? I might be able to find some features that you're looking for.

Hi Jason

It's more that we're looking for a solution where you can simply upload the basic listing info (photo, ad copy, price etc) with the ability to link through to a parent website (we're a franchise)

Studiopress also offers a real estate theme,it's called agentpress,it's a nice simple theme,I would probably change around the colors though
