Wordpress plugin problem

heloo i am install wordpress script and install many wordpress plugins but when i am install All in one Seo pak plugin and activate give this error
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class All_in_One_SEO_Pack in /home/.../public_html/seo/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php on line 3

please help me how to active this plugin

    Deactivate all the other plugins you've installed, then try to activate AllInOne. If it activates without any errors, it is obviously conflicting with one of your other plugins.

    Annie is right. Have you checked if your wordpress is updated or compatible with that plugin?

    Did you activate the "many plugins" all at once or one after the other?

    All-in-one is widely used, so it's most likely a conflict with other plugins.
    If the previous posters tips won't help - check for file permissions, sometimes things on the server change and so do permissions.
