I Need A Site With Private Pages

I've created a "Quit Smoking" program with approximately 20 lessons. Each day purchasers will receive a note from me and a link to a page on my website that will contain the day's lesson. Obviously, I want to make it difficult for them to "share" the lessons with their friends and I don't want to have a NAV bar (or anything else) running down the side of the page. I suspect I can do this with a WordPress theme but I'm not sure how. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!

Check out this link How to: Restrict page view to authenticated users and also do a Google search for "making private pages with wordpress" There are alot of results.

What you really want is a membership site with dripping content. Search for it and you will understand why

There are specific plugins that enable you to protect pages or the whole site.
I've used Page Security by Contexture and like it. Look for that one or similar plugins on the search feature of your wordpress dashboard (plugins-search, private pages).

This should get you on the right path.

... yeah, and reading all the replies BEFORE posting should get YOU on the right path.

Yes you can do this with a wordpress site and theme, there are quite a few free membership plugins but if you want to drip feed content you may have to buy a membership plugin that will do this such as wishlist just do a search as Istvan says.

And by the way Istvan no need to be rude!! The poster was only trying to be helpful

Not rude: just "disciplining" those replying without reading a thread. Reading the title and the OP only is not enough and results in not being helpful.

if your lessons are video lessons, only let your subscribers stream the video instead of downloading it. or if its all text, disable the copy function!
