ProReview Theme Problem

Hello!
i setup propreview theme and when i put the pic it doesn't appear on the main page.


when i click on "single review" picture pop-uping and i think it's the problem of review-single.php but i'm not good at coding and if you can tell me what to change to make it correct.

      asking for support is pointless.

      I've bought it, asked for support for issues. each one has been 'we'll investigate and get back to you'. Then nothing.

      Not a single support query has been answered with a meaningful answer. Not one.

    The problem is with image file, which is blank or not loading
    So it gives "alt"
    If you post code here than i can help or try to make your image directory CHMOD to "777"

      Today (June 19th, 2012) I had the same problem. I am a paid customer for proreview theme. I had that problem when I changed the directory attributions to 777. When I switched them back to 755, my problem was gone.

        On the same topic.
        I am using ProReview. And I want to use videos on my posts, pages and reviews. When I insert codes (Traffic Player or VSL [Video Sales Letter]) from plug-ins that allow me to play video, I don't get any screen showing the video. I only get a blank space but no video shows up. Any ideas?
