Looking for an e-commerce site which will allow me very broad administrator access. I want to be able to change as much as I want, when I need. I also want to add to it often. In your opinion, what theme should I consider?

    You should check out a WordPress theme called 'kassyopea' my friend uses it and he thinks its great. It is also fully customizeable check it out. As for the cost, I am not sure if you have to pay for it or it is free.

    The two bold phrases may or may not have anything in common. So, what are you looking for?

    A theme (=design, layout) is not equal with functionality (e-commerce).

    Next time try to figure out what you really want...
