    I thought it was the background image (http://allaboutthephilippines.com/wp...background.gif). The image has that grey strip at the top of it.

    So I edited it using my photoshop, still my desired output was not met.

    Reduce the Padding Size to 2-3 px less, that will solve it

    Or

    Remove the Space in the Coding !!!!

    I have a better solution. Use FireFox, install the Firebug add in. Go through the code and try different things out. You will learn more this way.
