Thesis or OptimizePress?

Hi,

I want to build a site largely like www.truthaboutabs.com but in another market.

I'm wondering if I should best use Thesis or OptimizePress (or something else)?

Some things I want on my site:

* ability to split test sales letters, prices, offers. Doesn't need to be built-in, just that I can integrate my own split-testing script.
* integrate upsells/downsells
* DL Guard integration for membership site
* Lots of pages with articles
* script that allows affiliates to send traffic to various different pages, not just the default. Doesn't need to be built-in, just that I can integrate my own split-testing script.

Clickbank will be my payment processor and I'll be selling my own product(s) on this website.

I'll also be outsourcing most of the website work, so I won't be doing too much of those technical things, I think.

Opinions?

I have both licenses for Thesis and OptimizePress and experience in working with both.

According to the things you would like on your site, I would suggest that OptimizePress is probably your best bet. Most of those options are already built in.

Of course, you make Thesis do all of those things as well, but that's not necessarily what it was intended for. Or at least, you're going to have to do an overhaul in the theme's custom-functions.php file.

    In this instance....go OptimizePress.

Well thesis is a hard theme to learn. I have personally never tried OptimizePress, but thesis is a more difficult theme than most.

    OptimizePress for sure.

I had Thesis but I'd just bought OptimizePress for the features you mentioned.

Just purchased Ether Content Builder and am really looking forward to using it. One very small item, but I thought you’d want to know, after downloading it and going into the documentation folder, the index.html file there is the Ether Backup WordPress Documentation page instead of the Content Builder Documentation.
