Website Dosent Change Fast - Prob !

Hello, I have wordpress hosted website. When every i make any changes it dosent take affect instantly it always take time like 5-10 mins.

It only Happens with 1 website .. i have other website as well which dont create such a problem. I dont understand whats going on.

At first i thought it was Theme Problem, But i have tried many themes and evrything is same

What kind of changes are we talking about?

Do you have any kind of plugin installed that are cache related?
Also did you try hitting the refresh button on your website several times or deleted the cache to make sure it's not a cache issue?

I would need to know more about those "changes", what exactly you mean. Upload graphics, editing simple text etc.

Consider installing a plugin like W3 Total Cache. Does wonders for all my sites' back-end performance.

A friend of mine had that problem, it was because he was hosting with yahoo. Not sure if that's your case. It always too time for his changes to take effect. Only reason I can think that it would take time, would be the host.
