How to display thumbnails with the excerpts?

Hi

I am using Magazine Basic theme to display amazon products in the front page fetched by a plugin. On the front page i am displaying excerpts instead of posts. The only problem is how do I display thumbnails with the excerpts. doing it manually hundreds of excerpts is impractical.

    Have you tried setting the thumbnail to the featured image? Just a guess, I'm not familiar with this theme.
