AlliedCardProcessing site is not SEO-eady. Here is a quick review.

* Bad URL structure
* Ugly design
* Unpofessional website
* No About, Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions pages

The site is not even average. Same with the other site. Needs immediate remedial action. All the best.

Personally I like the layout of everything and the design. The only thing you should fix is the URL structure.. taking off the page id, and putting the page title.

If "accept payments online" is the keyword you're trying to rank for than that is going to be very tough and can take a long time to rank for but I do see that some of the top pages for that keyword are not really necessarily trying to rank for that key term cause I don't see it in their title tag (once you become an authority on a topic you just start ranking for all sorts of keywords that you're not even trying to rank for). Always analyze competition first and it's better to target long tail keywords and work your way up. You should look into inline seo it's a very good course on site structure and ranking. For $1k a month on SEO are you sure your getting your moneys worth? What type of links are you getting? Are they white hat? Before you even start with link building you need to get your ON Page SEO up there first. A reputable seo company should always look at your On page SEO and site structure first to see if you need to make any changes first. Not too many seo companies out there I can trust most of them sell seo services but guess what? They're not even using their own seo service they get it else where LOL

I think due to the above feedback ..you have improved lot from previous...As a web designer i want to suggest you more changes to your website which give you good result in improving your search engine result..but for this you need some skilled and expert designers...

In the Blog section probably you might want to include, achieve, blog post etc instead of scroll all the way down. It's better for Search-Engine to index your site that way.

Backlinks are important, but it's also essential if you keep adding in unique content into your blog on a consistent basis..

Both site are totally same header and navigation style look cool .. But you need to put some more content on site.. Its better to change the site background colour.

your site look good but you need to update some interesting new for world and latest information about your work and site.

Needs a lot of improvement, both SEO-wise and Design-wise

I think a quick remedy would be to make the middle part where the page information is white, to bring the site more "together". The Feedback link at the top is broken. I would make the News page align to the middle like the rest of the site.The links at the bottom do not work.
