Don't you think Hypnotherapy is a bit serious business? The design seems slightly funky to me.

  I don't think it is too funky, I like the design and think it is appropriate.
  
  However some things I would change:
  
  The area where it shows what hypnotherapy can be used for should have some top margin added so it doesn't collide with the video.
  
  That same area has a vertical scroll bar which doesn't look good, should change it to fit onto the page properly.
  
  Center the text in the footer.
